Washing and reusing plastic bags will easily make your kitchen greener. Washing them with hot water and soap is easy, drying them is the harder part. You can spend 20 bucks on a Countertop Bag Dryer, or you can hang them for free in a simple DIY project.
Just take a string, rope, bungee cord, or some other type of ropish material and string it above your sink (if that's where you want it) so that the water has somewhere to drip. Then round up some clothes pins, and hang your newly washed bags.
