On an episode of Parenthood, there were some pretty little drink plates being used as a prop on one of the counters. If you fell in love with them too, don't fret! Here's how you can make them yourself.
Supplies:
- E 6000 glue
- Tiles (flat, not arched)
- Felt
- Pen
- Sharp scissors
Instructions
- Place your tile on a sheet of felt and outline it.
- Cut out the squares. Cut on the inside of the line; you'll want the felt to be just a little bit smaller than the tile.
- Apply the E 6000 glue to the back of the tile then quickly, but accurately place the felt over it.
- Flip it over and place something heavy over it so that it sets well while it dries.
You can use different shapes and colors to make designs on your coasters...These are just general instructions.
