Health: Yo-Yo Dieting; Break the Curse

We all know how hard it is to maintain our bodies once we reach our weight loss goals. (Just look at Oprah Winfrey and Kirstie Alley.) So these tips will help you break the curse and keep you curves.


  • Lose weight the right way. Ignore "fad" diets that make you "lose weight quick" and "keep it off." Take the slower route and eat right and exercise regularly. Kelly Osbourne did, and she looks fantastic. Even the you'll only lose a pound or two a week, it's more likely to stay off.
  • Maintain a healthy diet even after your weight loss goal has been reached. Losing weight is all about eating a balanced and nutritious diet. Once the scale shows you your ideal weight, you CAN NOT go back to lounging on the couch eating cheese puffs all day. A handful here and there won't hurt, but you have to maintain a healthy diet ALWAYS. Just remind yourself: It's not a diet, it's a way of life.
