I've never met a person who didn't love strawberry shortcake. Even my one-year-old daughter can't get enough of it. So, how about turning it around, and making it into something new? Just layer sponge cake, strawberries, and whipped cream. With each bite a little different, the resulting dish is absolutely divine.
