Of course, I think Doggles are absolutely adorable, but there are three reasons to put them on your furry friend, other than just for looks.
- Riding in a convertible or with the window down (or even walking down the street on a blustery day) can cause dirt, dust, and other foreign particles to get in your dog's eye, and it will cause pain and irritation (or worse) if your puppy scratches at it.
- When pups are playing, it can be hard for them to slam on the brakes before the go sliding into branches, leaves, and other objects that are harmful to sensitive eyes. Bug-eyed dogs are even more susceptible to this.
- Just like people, a dog's eyes need protection from the sun's UV rays, and Doggles come with a special UV coating that helps block out extra light from the sun, and other bright lights as well.
