Outdoor sectionals are a swanky way to spruce up your home, beyond the walls. I know I'd love to lounge around in the summer with a glass of lemonade and a book outside on the Resort Outdoor Sectional Pieces from CB2. They're modular, UV resistant, super sturdy, and no-assembly-required means that relaxation can begin as soon as it arrives. An outdoor living room doesn't come cheap though. A four-piece set with cushions costs nearly $1,400.

Fortunately, there is a cheaper alternative. The Ikea Arholma Series looks similar to the set above, and will only cost you $610 for the same amount of pieces of furniture. (Two corner chairs, one armless chair, an ottoman, four pads, and three cushions.) Yes, you'll have to build it yourself, and it's plastic rattan rather than wicker, but creating your own is less than half the price of CB2's set. But, that also means it won't need so much maintenance, and when it rains for three weeks straight in July you only have to put the pads and cushions up.
